Why No Returns?

TRYSO products are:

• Made with fresh, natural ingredients
• Perishable in nature

Due to strict food safety and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returned food products under any circumstances.

Exceptions — Only the Following Will Be Addressed:

We will offer a replacement or store credit only (no cash refund) in these specific cases:

• Product delivered is visibly damaged or broken due to transit
• Wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered)
